Lifetime Warranty Policy

We at AuzTac are committed to the quality and reliability of our products. To stand by this commitment, we offer a Lifetime Warranty for each Auzworks Airbender product. 

Warranty Coverage:

This Lifetime Warranty is available to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Under this policy, we will replace your product one time, free of charge, if it breaks or malfunctions. This policy covers replacements even if the damage is due to user error.

Conditions for Replacement:

  1. Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase from AuzTac or an authorized Airbender retailer. This proof may be a receipt, the original Airbender packaging, or other information deemed valid at our discretion.

  2. Shipping and Handling: You are responsible only for shipping and handling. Please contact our customer service to obtain current rates and instructions for shipping your product back to us.

  3. Limitation on Replacements: This warranty entitles you to a single replacement of your purchased product. Each product is eligible for one replacement under this warranty.

  4. Seeking Refunds: For information on returns and refunds, see below.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased secondhand.

  • Products damaged intentionally.

  • Products that are functionally undamaged.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at Support@AuzTac.com with your proof of purchase to let us know what went wrong.

2. Describe the issue and specify that you are claiming a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty.

3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team, and you’ll be Airbending again in no time.

Returns & Refund Policy

We at AuzTac aren’t happy unless you’re happy, and if you aren’t completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.

Refund Policy Coverage:

Refunds are available to the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable. Under this policy, we will provide a full refund on any Auzworks Tactical products purchased from AuzTac.com or any of our own e-commerce channels. We, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds for products purchased at our retail partners at this time. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are currently working on a better solution.
